Vehicular Access to the Hall
                   Residents may come to the hall by taxi.  Entrance into campus will be allowed upon showing of student
                   ID card or resident identity at the security control point at the main entrance.  Private cars will be permitted
                   to enter the campus only under exceptional circumstances.
                    Private cars  :  Residents will need to register any visitor’s vehicle they wish to be admitted
                                  to campus.  This can be done up to 48 hours in advance either in person at the
                                  Security Control Centre in Room G023 at Piazza or by email provided that at
                                  least 2 hours’ notice is given to “parking@ust.hk”.  Information required: The
                                  resident’s name, student ID, hall, room number, contact telephone number,
                                  registration number of the visitor’s car and date and time of arrival.
                    Taxi      :   Residents may come to the hall by taxi.  Entrance into campus will be allowed

                   Car-parking
                   All campus  car-parking spaces  are  under the  management of the  Security Control Center of  the
                   Facilities Management Office.
                   Postgraduate students may apply to the Security Control Center for campus parking permits.

                   There are only very limited parking spaces near the University Apartments for use by holders of valid
                   parking permits on a first-come-first-served basis.
